One of the best programs of the year

Thomas’s presence is open, welcoming, and reflective. This invites a sense of community, even among strangers, and welcomes engagement. His program was a pleasure and one of the best programs of the year. Participants were attentive, engaged, and had many questions—the sign of a great talk! Afterwards, they asked for more talks just like the one Thomas gave and were grateful for the opportunity to engage with an author and poet.

The planning process was truly collaborative and I could count on Thomas for great attention to detail and logistics as well as creativity in program development. It was truly a joy to work with him. Thomas is a frequent speaker in our large library system and his professionalism, thoughtfulness, creativity, and engaging presentations are the reason why.
