I’m honored to help carry on the legacy of Marie Rackham and the Cozy Grammar series of online video courses. Cozy Grammar helps families, students, and teachers who are tired of the boring rules of grammar stopping them from fulfilling their dreams and who want to open new doors through the power of clear and creative language.
Students around the world delight in Marie’s approach, her love of words, and her life-affirming personality, not to mention her sense of humor and playfulness. And they’ve discovered that grammar comes most alive not in a classroom, but at home and in the natural world around her home on Vancouver Island.
As Cozy Grammar’s Language Consultant, I offer videos lessons on the connections between grammar and creativity—one for each lesson taught by Marie—and help keep Marie’s Study Notes and Exercises up-to-date and as helpful as possible.
I’m also honored to contribute to Cozy Grammar’s Weekly Newsletter and to give talks to homeschooling groups, students, and parents on creative approaches to grammar.
You can learn more about Cozy Grammar by visiting its website, reading past newsletters, or subscribing to Cozy Grammar’s YouTube Channel. We’re always happy to share Marie’s work with new students and families.
